Introducing the newest member of our growing Client Services team, Trinity. She brings with her a wealth of digital marketing knowledge, strong agency experience and a talent for whipping up a seriously good cheese platter. Let's get to know her a little better.
1. Who are you, and what’s your position at Little Giant?
Trinity Hewson - I'm an Account Manager.
2. What made you want to work with us?
There's a few talented people here that I've had the pleasure of working with previously. I knew that if they were all congregated together here now, there was probably something pretty special happening at Little Giant.
3. What are you most excited to achieve here?
I’m excited to work alongside our clients to achieve their goals. Digital is so unique in the way that everything is measurable and flexible, it’s so awesome to be able to help our clients smash their KPI’s one after the other.
4. What was your journey like to get you where you are?
Originally I worked in event management which taught me how to juggle a million different tasks on the fly. From there I was pulled into the wonderful world of digital advertising at Young & Shand. Following that, I wanted a wider understanding of a global traditional agency so worked at DDB for a while and most recently I’ve been travelling Spain for 6 months!
5. Who in your life inspires you?
My dad. An ex agency man himself, from a very young age we analysed advertising campaigns together and (still to this day) share campaigns that leverage awesome functionality and technology. He works like a champ 24/7 but always puts his family first - which not only have I always appreciated but now understand is actually a very difficult thing to do!
6. What were the best six months you have spent working in your career?
One of my first jobs while at uni was working in the events team for Skinny mobile. I did everything under the sun from running games on a giant inflatable soccer field, shooting t-shirts out of a t-shirt cannon on stage at Smokefree Rockquest to driving an old 1980s Bedford Ambulance that went max 80km, with a very unstable chassis to Rhythm and Vines in Gisborne. Good times.
7. What is a great business that no one has conquered?
Shareable products for all technology. For example; shared cars, shared laptops, shared cell phones where you “rent” like Uber but when you want an upgrade, you just return them and the manufacturer recycles them into new models.
8. What do you know is true that no one else agrees on?
A cheese platter is an acceptable meal replacement for any time of day.
9. What are three things you love and take great pleasure in, but most people don't like?
1 - Cleaning the toilet
2 - Butter prawn curry
3 - Cooked salmon on pizza
10. If you could throw a parade party of any theme here in the office, what type would it be?
"Beyonce - Through The Years"
