A focus on conversion
We took time to understand Accor conference’s customer profile, to ensure that every aspect of the solution was focused on converting these typically corporate clients. Key to this was removing every possible drop off point in the quote request process, and focusing on creating a powerful yet simple search functionality. The end result allows potential customers to find and request a quote for multiple properties, specific to their needs within a minute of landing on the homepage.
Understanding our clients’ internal processes
For us the challenge isn't just about creating our clients a powerful digital solution, it is about understanding their higher business goals and integrating this solution into their current internal processes. For this project we needed to understand how Accor typically processes and responds to quote requests for meeting space. We then designed an automatic lead distribution and response mechanism inside the platform that would help the lead conversion process within Accor.
Complete client control
So much of the content on this website is dynamic and maintained by the client's inhouse marketing team. So we created a custom content management solution that allowed Accor to easily manage the website themselves. All functions within the CMS house tips and reminders for Accor staff to ensure new team members have the information needed to manage the site from day one.
