Clooney Club wants timeless men to throw the notion 'ageing gracefully' out the window with their slick, youth-preservation grooming products. They came to Little Giant with their vision of a vertically integrated company by creating a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing platform to sell their brand directly to local and global customers.

As a young bootstrapped startup, Clooney Club needed maximum flexibility to edit their own content to ensure they limit the spend with ongoing website maintenance. Using the SIlverstripe platform, Little Giant created Clooney Club a powerful content management system that allows them to update products, news posts, tips & tricks all in-house without assistance from LG.


Modernised customer service
Little Giant integrated Zopim live chat to enable Clooney Club to offer industry leading customer service, even via a digital retail front. All customer service representatives are male, and are avid users of products they are selling. They understand their target audience because, ultimately, they are that audience.

A richer experience across mobile
With such widespread dependence on mobile devices, creating Clooney Club a desktop only web application was never an option. The user experience across mobile was completely re-imagined to ensure customers felt natural engaging with the products on such a small screen. As Clooney Club grows and more budget becomes available, Little Giant intends to work with them to make re-ordering of regular items a simple thumb only process.
