An industry leader, Firth Concrete has been developing, manufacturing and delivering concrete to New Zealanders for close to a century. Firth's previous website was extremely dated and from a user perspective it seemed more like a place to 'dump information' than a flagship digital asset, making it difficult for their customers to navigate and interact with their brand and products. We designed them a beautiful website with a clean, modern aesthetic and interactive solutions to give their many customer groups inspiration for how to use their products.
Tools that make your life easier
Paving a driveway or creating a concrete-floored living area can be daunting for their customers. Often what can seem like a small task ends up taking longer than expected and costing more than what the customer initially budgeted. We created a clever 'pavement calculator' to help customers create instant quotes for Firth’s products. Users simply need to add basic dimensions and the calculator informs them exactly how much product is needed. The tool meets the customer need and adds great value to their digital brand experience.
Consumers don’t know what they can create with Firth’s products so they challenged us to come up with a digital solution. The result is an interactive ‘inspiration’ gallery with stunning imagery and informative case-studies to showcase how their products can be used and remove the need for imagination from their customers.
