Reimagining the way NZ’s largest global exporter communicates internally
Fonterra is the market leader in dairy nutrition. With over 22,000 global users, their internal communications platform is vast and complex. From day to day conversations to knowledge sharing to community polling, MilkyWay has powerful applications and boundless aspirations.
We partnered with Trineo to deliver digital strategy, user testing, UX design and front end development for the next generation of the platform. The project involved heavy integration with Salesforce, leader in customer relationship management solutions. A mix of standard Salesforce components and custom modules were incorporated into MilkyWay 2.0 - a process that was both challenging and rewarding. The result is an intuitive digital product that drives increased efficiency and a better quality of communication within Fonterra's global employee base.
