Line 7 began life in 1963 making wet weather clothing for sailors. New Zealand's high rainfall and harsh conditions made it the perfect testing grounds. Over the years the brand has grown to become a Kiwi icon in the retail lifestyle, agricultural and marine clothing markets.
Designed for large screens
With an existing website design to work with, we adapted and enhanced the site's layout, upgrading it from 960 megapixels width to 1170 megapixels. This larger width is more in line with modern desktop screen sizes, with more screen size available it allowed us to increase the size of the product imagery, instantly making Line 7 Terrain's products more detailed and engaging online.
Smart product filters and a powerful CMS
Line 7 Terrain's website is an advanced catalogue site with a multi-category system. Shoppers can filter products by category or navigate through the drop down menus to find what they're looking for. All product information can be edited by Line 7 Terrain in the provided Silverstripe content management system.
