Launching an iconic kiwi brand across a new product category.
Fairfax and NZ Fibre Communications recently came together in a joint venture to deliver a better Internet experience to the market under the Stuff brand. We were engaged with a full-service brief across creative, strategy, branding, comms and technology on an extremely tight go to market timeline. We developed creative brand positioning, marketing communications and a visual identity that feels like a natural extension of the Stuff brand while being identifiable in its own right. We then worked with Stuff Fibre's internal team to create a digital brand experience that delights customers, amplifies the in-market brand messaging and ultimately drives sales and sign ups.
A story to tell.
Our creative team brought the brand's narrative to life through clever storytelling and copywriting. With in-market messaging such as 'Is your internet bill more cryptic than today’s crossword? It doesn’t have to be.', we brought customer pain-points with their current internet providers to the forefront of the conversation in an effort to show them what a better internet experience looks like. We delivered creative to run across radio, EDM, social, DM, digital, and print.
Marrying brand and technology.
The technology infrastructure behind Stuff Fibre was built from the ground up by the team at NZ Fibre Communications. In collaboration with their team, we designed and developed a unique user interface that facilitates the customer experience including sign-up, billing, support, add-ons and more. We wanted to bring the identity and messaging to life to better tell the brand's story, so we animated key messages with original games and interactive information that adds a certain playfulness to the website while being secure and robust for customers who manage their services via the custom dashboard.
